Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns on most products purchased through our website, glacierwear.store, within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, labels, documentation, and proof of purchase.

Items that have been customized, personalized, or modified are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

2: Non-Returnable and Excluded Items

While we aim to be as flexible as possible, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect:

Gift cards and store credits

3: How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing support@glacierwear.store.

Include the following information:

Your full name

Order number

Reason for return

Photos of the product (if applicable)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization number.

You may be issued a prepaid return shipping label depending on the reason for return. If the return is not due to an error on our part, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Important: Unauthorized returns or those sent without prior approval may be rejected or delayed.

4: Condition of Returned Items

Returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by shipping or manufacturing defects. Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

Item is not in its original condition or is missing parts

Return is received more than 30 days after delivery

Return is not approved or pre-authorized

5: Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

Refunds typically take 10 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

6: Exchange Policy

We do not offer automatic exchanges. If you need to replace an item with a different size, color, or variant:

Please return the original item following the return instructions above.

Place a new order for the item you want.

Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund as outlined in this policy.

For damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately with photo evidence, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

7: Return Shipping Information

If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item):
Return shipping will be fully covered by GlacierWear.

A prepaid return label will be issued to you inside the package.

If the return is for other reasons (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong item):
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

8: Cancellations and Order Modifications

If you wish to cancel or modify your order:

You must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations. In such cases, you must wait to receive the item and then request a return as outlined above.
